Wallys’s extensive experience in the capacity of Site Supervisor plays a critical role within the Action Arbor Team. As site supervisor, his job is to assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace. Responsibilities include managing and instructing the crew and setting daily goals, ensuring projects are completed to schedule.

As part of his charge, Wally is responsible for all equipment being in good working order, ensuring efficiency and safety. This is crucial, particularly when crews attend to emergency work.

As a cost-effective and environmental practice, Wally coordinates mulch drops in advance of a project, ensuring all chipped vegetation is recycled as garden mulch for the convenience of private residents, schools and hospitals and any others interested in good quality free mulch.
